Only time can tell us,
How things will turn out.
In a moment of crisis,
I know that without a doubt,
Whatever may happen,
However things may end,
There is someone watching over us,
Guiding us with a gentle hand,
Whether it turns out for the worst,
Leaving us in a state of unrest,
We should follow our hearts,
Beating strongly in our chests.
And even though the suffering,
Feels like it will never be done,
It makes me realize how precious life is,
And how much it hurts to lose just one.
One coworker, One friend,
One peer, One brother.
You are one in the same,
And there will never be another.
Though you may be in heaven,
Off cruising through the air,
You'll never be forgotten,
And someday... someday I'll see you there.

I am currently a graduate student studying education and will update my thoughts and experiences here periodically. Though the content of my blog may not always be the most intellectually stimulating, I believe that there is always a lesson to be learned from my posts, even if it's just a nonsensical story. I find poetry in ordinary life experiences and capture what memories I can through my camera's lens. At the end of the day I'm just another regular guy who needs to write his thoughts somewhere, and I hope you get some enjoyment out of my musings.
